Professionally Nicole’s experience includes Client Relationship, Marketing, Business Development and Partnership Management. Nicole has worked in both corporate and charity roles within the Education sector.
Nicole’s School of esports motivation is to provide an inclusive and diverse education opportunity for children in a growing exciting industry! Let’s give our children some choice!
When not at work, Nicole can be found mastering all things gluten free and spending time with the family.

Meet Mark, one of our co founders- our computer scientist,
computing teacher and Dad of 2.
Professionally Mark’s experience includes software engineering, App development, Information Systems Management and 20 years teaching gaming mad teens!
Mark’s School of esports motivation – to provide opportunities for children with an interest in gaming to be able to apply the many skills utilised within esports across the whole curriculum.
When not at work, Mark can be found exploring new hiking trails and adventures in as far as remote places he can find.

Meet Andrew, one of our co-founders- our creative visionary, Teacher and Dad of 2.
Professionally Andrew’s experience includes SEN, and a wealth of experience teaching in Colleges, Alternative Education and over a 1,000 hours delivering lessons online.
Andrew’s School of esports motivation – to help educate a younger esports audience and to help break down barriers within the industry.
When not at work, Andrew can be found managing his sons
grassroots football team, attending Taekwondo classes, playing (and teaching) music and gaming (when he can).
