We’ve reached an exciting milestone in our Level 2 Leadership Skills Course with the School of Esports—the halfway point! It’s been an incredible journey so far, and we want to take a moment to celebrate the dedication, progress, and achievements of our learners.
Throughout the course, students have been developing their leadership abilities, applying key concepts in real-world esports scenarios, and building impressive learner evidence records and portfolios. These showcase not just their growing knowledge of leadership principles but also their ability to communicate, problem-solve, and motivate teams—all essential qualities for the esports industry and beyond.

We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievements of our students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP), who have successfully completed their fast-tracked Level 1 Leadership Skills in Esports qualification with the School of Esports!
This qualification has empowered our students with vital leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, giving them the confidence to thrive in the fast-growing world of esports. Through their dedication and hard work, they have developed key competencies that will open doors to further education and career opportunities in the esports sector and beyond.
This week, the excitement was palpable as gamers from SOE gathered for a thrilling Fortnite tournament that showcased incredible skill and determination. The competition was fierce, and the stakes were high, but in the end, it was Lewis who emerged victorious in the nail-biting finale.
